I've said it many times before, Sarah and Amanda really love each other. Except for every once in awhile when they intentionally pick on each other, which I think is ingrained in children and they have no control over it, they thoroughly enjoy being together. Lately I've been telling Sarah that we need to teach things to Amanda, because otherwise how will she learn? Sarah does try to teach her things, such as today while we were driving to swimming and she was trying to teach Amanda how to use a kaleidoscope. I wasn't really paying attention to what they were doing since I was driving, until I heard Sarah talking.
"Baby (she rarely calls her Amanda), put it up to your eye. No, higher, higher, higher. Put it up to your EYE. Oh, never mind, just give it to me."
Yep, that's exactly how I would have done it.
Amanda wouldn't actually give a repeat performance for the camera, so here Sarah is showing me how Amanda was trying to "look" through the kaleidoscope.
